PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
María Dávila Restrepo, founding partner of I.C.E. Consulting, with more than 15 years of professional experience. Over the course of her career, she has successfully built and implemented ethics and compliance programs for different companies. She has also led the implementation of important processes, including, among others, the ISO 37001 Certification in Anti-Bribery Management Systems and the SAGRILAFT (System of Self-Control and Integral Risk Management of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction).
Mrs. Dávila received her JD and Political Science degree from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia. She received an LLM in Business Law at Berkeley University of California, and an LLM in energy regulation at Universidad Externado in Colombia. Lead Auditor of Compliance Management Systems under the requirements of the International Standard ISO 37301 and of Antibribery Management Systems under the requirements of the International Standard ISO 37001.
